From 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. (network dinner - first and last day)
In crisis situations, effective communication is essential to maintain trust and reputation with stakeholders. It becomes particularly challenging when information is constantly changing and available 24 hours a day, while dealing with the emergency itself. If organizational leaders are not prepared, a crisis can quickly escalate and become even more difficult to manage. This program is designed to equip leaders with the skills needed to effectively navigate a crisis situation, ensuring that their organization emerges stronger.
Over the course of four days, participants will have the opportunity to address the topic of crisis management from the first signs to the post-crisis period. On each day, participants will be divided into groups and will have access to three sessions with guest speakers, followed by a challenge to be discussed and resolved during dinner. After dinner, each group will present key conclusions, which will form the basis for the wrap-up of the topic.
The recent past demonstrates the importance of any leader being prepared to survive a crisis. This Executive Training, comprised of renowned faculty with extensive professional experience, will enable participants to learn about the best examples and practices of crisis management.
