Eligibility

Only candidates from accredited or recognized schools in their countries of origin will be admitted.
Candidates from Bachelor's programs with an academic degree in scientific areas such as Management, Technologies, Finance, or other related areas that require some knowledge of mathematics.
Candidates must have five or more years of experience in functions relevant to their academic area, preferably executives, managers, and middle managers who wish to improve or update their skills in finance.
English language skills are required as some of the curricular units will be taught in English.

Apenas serão admitidos/as candidatos/as oriundos de escolas acreditadas ou reconhecidas nos países de origem.
São aceites candidatos/as de programas de licenciatura com um grau académico em áreas científicas como Gestão, Tecnologias, Finanças ou outras que requerem alguns conhecimentos de matemática.
Os/as candidatos/as devem ter cinco anos de experiência em funções relevantes para a sua área académica, preferencialmente executivos, dirigentes, e quadros médios que pretendam melhorar ou atualizar as suas competências na área das finanças.
É necessário conhecimentos de língua inglesa, já que algumas das unidades curriculares serão lecionadas neste idioma.

Paulo Soares de Pinho

Associate Professor @ Nova SBE

PhD in Banking and Finance from City University - Bayes Business School (1994). He has an MBA from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a degree in Economics from the same university. He is the Academic Director of The Lisbon MBA (Nova-Católica-MIT). He has experience as a teacher, director, and coordinator of executive programs, as well as pre-and post-experience master's degrees. He has worked extensively as a consultant to financial companies in London and Portugal. He was a director of Sonae Capital, executive director, and member of the board of REN and was chairman of the supervisory board of Novabase.
