About this program
This executive master's degree covers knowledge related to the strategic vision of the future and leadership of organizations, with the aim of training students in a more integrated approach that promotes the sustainable development of organizations. This program will strengthen existing skills and expand other related skills, including the construction and analysis of future scenarios, the articulation of external variables, the ability to lead ethically and in an environment of contradictory demands, as well as developing the ability to make choices that create value for organizations and their employees.

Eligibility
- Only candidates from accredited or recognized schools in their countries of origin will be admitted.
- Candidates from Bachelor's programs with an academic degree in scientific areas such as Management, Technologies, Finance, or other related areas are accepted;
- Candidates must have 10 or more years of experience in functions relevant to their academic area, preferably executives, directors, and senior staff who intend to update their skills for the future;
- English language skills are required as some of the curricular units will be taught in English.

- São aceites candidatos/as de programas de licenciatura com um grau académico em áreas científicas como Gestão, Tecnologias, Finanças ou outras afins.
- Os/as candidatos/as devem ter 10 ou mais anos de experiência em funções relevantes para a sua área académica, preferencialmente executivos, dirigentes e quadros superiores que pretendam atualizar as competências para o futuro;
- É necessário conhecimentos de língua inglesa, já que algumas das unidades curriculares serão lecionadas neste idioma.
