The Empowering Leaders with AI Program enables leaders to understand the impact and opportunities of Artificial Intelligence, developing the ability to integrate this technology in a strategic ethical and results-oriented way.
Through a balanced combination of academic rigor, case analysis and critical reflection, the program prepares managers to decide when and how to introduce AI in their organizations, enhancing productivity, motivation and strategic execution. This approach is supported by:

Associate Professor at Nova SBE and Academic Director of the System Change Lab at the Leadership for Impact Knowledge Centre, which he co-founded. Specialist in Leadership and Innovation. PhD in Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and MBA with Distinction from the University of Bradford. Holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Porto. Prior to academia, he worked as an engineer, manager and entrepreneur. Former Executive Director of MBA programs at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and Chair of three editions of the Estoril Conferences.
