The characteristic dynamics of a board, particularly in relations with different stakeholders, are complex and require mastering various interpersonal skills.
The program provides the development and structuring of intuitive competencies into structured and analytical ones in managing negotiation and communication processes, including an analysis of the business model and the impact of prudential ratios, as well as the decision-making process in boards.
This program has a pragmatic focus, including three subject blocks: financial reporting, decision making, and negotiation.
