He holds a Master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (1999), in the United Kingdom, and an MBA from The Lisbon MBA at Católica | Nova (2014). He is currently Portugal Industry X Lead at Accenture. He has worked as COO/CTO of Carris, member of the MOODNUT Strategic Board and as a mentor in a Startup. He has also worked as a consultant in various sectors and companies such as PBS and The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and has held management positions in retail and energy companies, served on the board of directors of Metro Lisboa and Transtejo and acted as a consultant to the Ministry of Economy and Innovation and ERSE.
