Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping the competitive landscape, becoming a critical resource for driving new business models, innovation and organisational efficiency. One of the key challenges lies in identifying and discussing the organisational foundations that remain relevant in an increasingly volatile environment as well as understanding the limits and potential of the technology — and how its ongoing evolution is changing the way companies view and operate their businesses.
This programme explores the strategic application of AI within organisations using real-world case studies and sharing practical insights with direct impact on decision-making. Taught by an international faculty of thought leaders with hands-on experience in transforming organisations in an AI-driven world, participants will gain exposure to best practices in AI implementation and develop a strategic mindset to prioritise initiatives and overcome challenges in the effective and responsible adoption of AI. Additionally, participants will be supported by a dedicated host who will facilitate reflection and help translate learnings into their own organisational contexts
